Chlorlog is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of this website and of Chlorlog. They supplement the general Terms of Service of Lot 313, LLC (lot313.com/terms), which apply to anything these Terms do not cover; where the two conflict, these Terms apply to Chlorlog. By using Chlorlog you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Chlorlog provides

Chlorlog: free online pool logs. You type daily pool readings into a Florida DH 921 filler or a general daily pool log sheet and print the month or save it as a PDF.

The logs work in your browser. Your readings and sheet details are saved only in that browser on your device (its local storage) and are not sent to us; printing and PDF saving use your browser's own print function.

Chlorlog is a free online tool. There is nothing to buy and we do not ask for payment details.

Prices, payment and tax

Chlorlog is currently free and we sell nothing through this website. If we add a paid offer, its price and the payment terms will be shown before purchase and these Terms will be updated.

Refunds

Chlorlog is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

Product terms

• Chlorlog lays out the readings you enter; it does not test water, judge whether a pool meets any rule, or replace the records your health department requires. You remain responsible for your pool records and for what you submit.
• Chlorlog is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any health department or state agency. Layouts follow the official forms cited on each page as read on the date shown; forms and rules can change, so check with your local health department.
• Chlorlog flags a reading as outside the range when it falls outside the range printed on the page for the pool type you choose, which follows the rule cited there. The flag is a convenience only, not legal or professional advice. Check your own state and local requirements, which can differ and change.
• Your entries live only in your browser. Clearing browser data, private browsing or changing devices can remove them; print or save each month as a PDF to keep a copy.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, send us only content you have the right to share, and use Chlorlog lawfully. Do not misuse this website or interfere with its operation. We may block access to this website for anyone who misuses it.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you send us and permit us to use it only to provide Chlorlog to you. While you have access, you may use Chlorlog for your own business, and the documents and data you create with it remain yours. This website, the software and our materials otherwise remain ours.

No guarantee of results; disclaimer

We do not guarantee any business outcome, such as traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue. Apart from the commitments in these Terms and on the product page, Chlorlog is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Chlorlog or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Chlorlog in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made on or after that date.
