FAQ

Log sheet questions

What does the log sheet record?

One row per day: time tested, free chlorine, combined chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid, water temperature, the tester's initials and notes. The pool name, address, permit number and volume print at the top.

Will my health department accept it?

Requirements differ by state and county, and some ask for their own form or extra fields such as flow rate or bather count. Check with your local health department; our state guides link to the official forms we found.
